A couple evenings a week, you can join us for a delicious three-course dinner in our B&B. We prepare the meals as much as possible with vegetables and fruits from our own garden, accompanied with local products from for instance the biological market in Aguirande. With a glass of good wine and a different story every night, we enjoy the company time and time again.
COOKING WITH PASSION
Our love for cooking already flourished back in the Netherlands. We had friends over for dinner almost every weekend. Maurice even joined a cooking club where he prepared the most extraordinary dishes. Here, in Moutier-Malcard, we continue this sentiment. We will enjoy a lovely three-course dinner together with our guests for 4 days a week. For the days that we will not be cooking, we are happy to recommend the best restaurants in the area. That way, we support our locals!
We grow most of the vegetables and fruits that we use in our own garden. For meat, fish, bread and cheese we go to the local markets. On occasion, we will organize a BBQ night. Normally, we will serve a three-course dinner with a cheese platter on the one night and a homemade sweet dessert on the other. Drinks are included in the price.
Our cooking inspiration comes from all over the world. You will often enjoy the typical French cuisine, but you can also find yourself in Italy, Morocco, or even Asia.
WHAT DO WE MEAN BY TABLE D’HOTES?
Table d’hotes is a typical French concept, where you basically have dinner ‘at our place’. This means that we do not have menu where you can choose from, but we of course take into account any dietary restrictions, such as allergies or a vegetarian diet. We cook with fresh products, so we would love to know at least a day before if you are joining us for dinner.
